IMG are seeking an Assistant Producer who will report in to the Producer and Senior Producer and will be responsible for assisting on the editorial production of programmes for the Premier League and coordinating VT in a busy gallery environment.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assisting the Producer/Senior Producer on the editorial production of live programmes for the Premier League
  • To VT coordinate our flagship Matchday Live and other Content Service shows and/or work in a live studio environment capacity
  • To brainstorm, plan, research and edit high quality VT montages and features for all Content Service programmes
  • To direct multi-camera shoots off-site and conduct interviews with contributors as necessary
  • To log and review rushes and select suitable material for editing
  • To lead post production alongside an editor as necessary
  • To supervise and help train junior members of the team eg Researchers and Editorial Assistants where necessary
  • Responsible for adhering to compliance guidelines for broadcaster/client as appropriate
  • Responsible for preparation and co-ordination of shoot Risk Assessments as appropriate
  • You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job
