The masterclass programme

The BCOMS masterclass programme was set up to offer young talented diverse individuals the opportunity to take part in a series of development sessions.
The sessions are focused on sharing pathways into the industry, creating opportunities to get experience in the industry and to build the networks of those on the programme.
The programme was originally focused on London but over the last two years there has been an additional programme started in the North and Midland regions of England.
The sessions in London are run in partnership with Meta and Nike. With the session in the North supported by BBC Sport.
