Premier League Productions are looking for a Distribution Co-ordinator to join their growing Content/Distribution team. This role would allow the successful applicant to work with high quality staff in a world-class distribution facility.

 

Reporting to the Distribution Manager, the successful candidate will work within PLP’s dedicated Contribution/Distribution department.

Working within a small team the candidate will be responsible for the timely delivery of information relating to the global satellite and fibre distribution of all PLP’s programming portfolio (live matches, magazine shows & ancillary content).

Additional responsibilities will include liaising with suppliers for live match and programme bookings, managing the usage of PLP’s Stadia Acquisition Network and arranging unilateral feeds for international broadcasters on match days. The Distribution Coordinator will also be responsible for providing broadcasters with up-to-date information in relation to PLP’s output via the Extranet, liaising with the finance team to ensure broadcasters are correctly invoiced and some budget reconciliation.

Additionally, on match days, the successful candidate will provide live ‘Helpdesk’ support for broadcasters alongside IMG’s MCR.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the distribution of live feeds from the planning stages through to delivery to broadcaster(s) and working in a front-facing customer environment”.
