‘Diversification of the Sports Media Programme (Euro 2020)’ Launched


The Mayor of London and BCOMS are calling on young people (16-25) from underrepresented groups who have aspirations to work in the sports media.

Whether you see yourself in front of the camera hosting a show, writing a piece for a national paper or directing cameras at sporting events, the ‘Diversification of the Sports Media Programme (Euro 2020)’ is a great avenue to develop and help build a career. Get involved! Those on the programme get a fantastic opportunity to be a part of the UEFA European Championship 2020 (EURO 2020).

About the programme

We are looking for young (16-25), aspiring journalists from diverse backgrounds such as BAME, LGBT+, Disability and Females who will be given training by experienced sport journalists and offered a variety of exciting opportunities across EURO 2020.
