What are you looking for?

Football Development Administrator

fA vacancy has arisen in the Association office for an experienced administrator to be League Secretary to the Capital Girls’ League. This will include looking after fixtures, results, player registrations and communications as well as also organising and booking venues and arranging staffing for CGL events. Some clubs are members of the London Football Association and the Amateur Football Alliance and so there will be some liaising with them on issues involving the Capital Girls’ League.

In addition the post holder will manage the Charter Standard annual health check process with our youth clubs and liaise with MiddlesexLearning and our FDO’s to ensure clubs meet their annual coaching and Licensed Coaching Club requirements.

Attention to detail is essential as the successful candidate will manage and record the data requirements of the Association’s football development activities by developing and updating management spread sheets as well as supporting our Development Staff to draft correspondence, type letters and reports, produce and edit PowerPoint presentations and to support budget holders to monitor and manage budgets.

The post is wholly funded by The Football Association and is offered on a three year contract full-time basis (subject to funding) initially based in our offices in central Harrow and then in our proposed brand new state of the art new site at Rectory Park in Northolt

Salary: £16,000 – £18,000 per annum (depending on experience)

To apply please download the attached file application form and submit with your CV (if not already supplied) and a covering letter in your own handwriting to tell us why you are applying for this position by Friday 30th September 2016. All responses will be treated confidentially.
