Kick It Out want to hire a Grassroots Manager whose manage objective will be to manage Kick It Out’s Grassroots team responsible for the implementation and delivery of Kick It Out’s work in grassroots football.
The Grassroots Managers other objectives will be to work in close partnership with The Football Association and County FAs (CFAs) to support CFA delivery against agreed equality KPI’s and delivering KIO targets for CFA support and reporting progress to The FA. Along with helping to deliver Kick It Out’s overall objectives associated with the pursuit of Equality, Inclusion and Cohesion.
