Campden Hill Lawn Tennis Club (the Club) located in the heart of Notting Hill offers some of the finest tennis facilities in London, with six indoor and six outdoor courts.  In addition, there is a fitness room, a lounge and TV area and a very popular restaurant and bar.

 

The Assistant General Manager will have full financial and operational responsibility for all aspects of the Club, in the absence of the General Manager. A highly visible role, the post holder will focus on the delivery of outstanding service levels and member experience, effective leadership and ensuring that the Club maintains it ethos as a thriving tennis and social hub.

We are looking for an outstanding individual to join the Core Market Performance Management Team in this newly created role. To support the year-round performance management and analysis of the Core Market portfolio of investments.

The Role

Working with the Head of Performance Management the Partner Performance Analyst will help to identify and address poor service from suppliers to the Core Market consumer and identify and share good performance, adding value to the way that partners support individuals to stay active for as long as they want to, whatever happens in their lives.
