Reporting to the Media Manager, the Media Coordinator will be responsible for the effective management, distribution and storage of all incoming media.

The Media Co-ordinator will act as the first point of contact for all media related issues; assisting production teams with media management queries and any troubleshooting required. On a matchday, the Media Coordinator will also be responsible for delivering post-match content to broadcasters, live logging games and assisting with the Multi Angle Replay System (MARS) in the live gallery.

The ideal candidate will have experience using IPD, EVS, Adobe and Avid and will have worked with digital storage, archiving, varying video formats, file transfer systems and production workflows in the past. A good knowledge of Vizone, NEXIS Interplay and experience of setting up new workflows and systems is also advantageous.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a fixed term contract.until May 2020. 7 day week fortnight – 12hr shift pattern (80 hours per 2 weeks). Evening and weekend shifts will be required as a result of the shift pattern, which may also be subject to change.  This role is based at Stockley Park, Uxbridge (free on-site parking available)
