Job: Production Assistant

Contract Type: Full-Time

Based: Stockley Park, London

Deadline for applications: Monday, 11th February

 

  Key Accountabilities

  • To provide administrative support for UEFA and MLS Productions
  • Responsible for the administration of scripts and music cue sheets on the productions, including uploading scripts/music cue sheets to extranet
  • Production administration: invoice processing, purchase ordering, creating accounts journals, post-production paperwork (PAP’s, archive lists, music cue sheets etc.), processing payments through Fieldglass
  • Assist in post-production and live schedule, including booking gallery staff, post crew and facilities
  • Set up of single camera shoots including booking crew, contributors, equipment, travel, accommodation, visas, carnets, call sheets
  • Booking travel and accommodation and ensuring corresponding paperwork is filed
  • Point of contact for both internal and external clients
  • You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job as directed by the Production Manager.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous administration experience (preferably in a production environment)
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role dealing with queries
  • Previous experience in a Production Secretary or Runner role
  • Understanding of production processes (including pre, production and post-production) desirable
  • Interest in football desirable

Working Conditions

  • This is a fixed term contract position is based in Stockley Park, Uxbridge
  • Working hours are 40 hours per week
  • Unsociable hours and weekend work may be required
