Production Co-Ordinator @ inCycle (IMG)


An exciting opportunity has arisen within inCycle, which is recognised as the most comprehensive cycling television series in the world. The show handles single and multi-camera shoots, event content, and archive-based edits. 

Assisting the Production Manager and editorial team, the Production Coordinator will organise shoots and support the production team in post-production.  They will be part of a team putting an emphasis on creativity and high production standards in all areas they work on, but with a strong emphasis on teamwork and a friendly/collaborative atmosphere.

The Production Coordinator will be expected to liaise with internal and external clients regarding content delivery.  Other duties include booking travel arrangements for crew and contributors; overseeing the post-production schedule; booking freelancers; filing paperwork; clearing archive material & music as required; and managing small shoot/edit/archive budgets where appropriate including floats and reconciliations.

There is also potential for the Production Coordinator to attend shoots where required.
