Production Coordinator @ Evoke Films


 

Evoke Films is a creative film production company working with global brands, agencies and broadcasters to create content for different audiences on different platforms, from digital films to television advertising, event films to sponsored TV programming. We are now looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and highly organized Production Coordinator to add to our award-winning production team based in Chiswick Park.

 

Contract type: Fixed term

Location: London, Stockley Park

Salary: Competitive

 

The Production Coordinator will play a key role in the coordination of edits and shoots and liaising directly with clients; their responsibilities will include assisting with organizing shoots (booking crews, organizing travel, creating call sheets and carnets, obtaining permits, visas, etc); booking post-production (freelancer Editors, editing suites, deliveries, etc); ensuring post-production paperwork (music cue sheets, archive lists and scripts etc.) is completed to deadline; processing invoice paperwork and purchase orders as well as managing expenses and reconciliations and being a general point of contact and problem solver for production team and crews; supporting the PM’s/Producers with cost reporting and budget reconciliations; acting as a point of contact with the clients.

 

The successful candidate will have proven organisational ability and meticulous attention to detail, as well as a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.  Previous experience within the production environment as a Production Coordinator, demonstrating knowledge of Post Production workflows, Digital Platforms, location and studio filming is essential.
