Production Manager @ Evoke Films


 

Evoke Films is a creative film production company working with global brands, agencies and broadcasters to create content for different audiences on different platforms, from digital films to television advertising, event films to sponsored TV programming. Evoke Films are now looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and highly organized Production Manager to add to our award-winning production team based in Chiswick Park.

 

Contract type: Fixed term

Location: London – Chiswick Park

Salary: Competitive

 

The Production Manager will act as a reliable point of contact with the client, the advertising agency and production team and freelancers, clearly communicating with them on aspects of the production. Creating and managing production budgets and schedules and ensuring all projects are delivered on time and on budget. Managing multiple shoots and post production edits, bookings, dealing with clients’ changing requirements and schedules. Along with managing and organizing shoots in the UK and internationally, including hiring of freelance staff and contractors, and negotiating deals. Assisting in overseeing the production strategy and team requirements for the Programmes and additional content.

 

The successful candidate will have proven production management experience of projects of different styles (e.g. Branded Content, TV Commercials, Live, Highlights, Magazine and digital content). Experience in managing junior production management personnel, the ability to create detailed, line-by-line production budgets & cost reports, knowledge of production and post-production technologies and workflows, including digital file delivery, archive and music clearance, production insurance, health & safety and location filming logistics internationally.
