This position will report directly to the UK head of Marketing with a dotted line reporting relationship to the VP, International Marketing and the UK market VP and General Manager. This role will support all marketing initiatives for WWE UK and Ireland in conjunction with the International Marketing team in Stamford, CT.
The Role
Planning, Management and Delivery of all marketing events and activations including, but not limited to:
- Red Carpet Hospitality events
- Business Partner Summits
- UK Tour activations including talent promotional tours, Live Event brand activations and b2c and b2b engagement activity
- Define and coordinate WWE presence at relevant business to business events such as conferences and trade events
- Sponsorship activations
- Sourcing, building and managing strategic partnerships with third party brands and media to further support global business, brand and engagement objectives
- Working with the local Marketing Director to develop measurable and targeted programs in-line with global, local market and departmental strategic goals
- Assist in the coordination of social media activity with local agency and the WWE Social Media Team and International Head of Communication.

The Role
The Head of Brand Experience is responsible for overseeing the Brand Experience projects being delivered for the international clients throughout the world. The role
The HR Officer’s responsibilities are as follows:
- Recruitment and Selection: Posting adverts, screening, checking eligibility, holding first phase interviews, assessment
- New Starters: Contract raise, induction, references, file build, updating database, finance department liaison.
- Leavers: Exit interview.
- Employee Relations: Disciplinary, grievance, pay review queries, maternity and paternity, policy review and design, management guide review and design.
- Business Partnership: Management Development – advice to managers, assisting on best practice using our culture as a guide.
- Benefits / Bonuses: Assisting with life assurance renewal / pay review analysis and mailmerge / bonus letters / PMI renewal / Cyclescheme awareness.
- Administration: Organisational chart update, file management, HR database, electronic personnel files.
- Organisational Development: Working with the training and development officer to identify up and coming talent, perception of conflicts / restrictions, supporting culture and our change in focus, ability to archive documents and keep files up to date and organised.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience of working in a company that has progressive change and flex.
- Must not be afraid of an administration heavy role.
- Strict time and diary management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint is essential.
