Maria Tsaptsinos


Maria is a former professional table tennis athlete, achieving a Commonwealth Bronze medal in 2018. After successfully completing her masters at City University in Broadcast Journalism, she went on to freelance at Reach PLC, BBC Radio Berkshire and The Sun before gaining a permanent position at ITV Sport as Junior Producer. Currently she works across a variety of sports including football, rugby and horse racing. Notably, she created many opening features to the Men’s World Cup 2022 and is currently working on the FA Cup and Six Nations on-site and creating broadcast edits.
