Chief Operating Officer @ British Dressage
The Role:
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for the overall day to day management of the organisation. Working closely with the Chief Executive, the post holder will ensure that there are robust policies and procedures in place for the operational delivery of the sport, supported by excellent levels of service for members and the continued development of dressage at all levels.

Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the CEO, assist with the development of BD’s strategic plan, and work with all relevant parties to ensure its effective delivery.

Marketing Manager @ British Dressage
The Role:
The Marketing Manager is a key member of the senior management team at head office, responsible for leading the marketing and promotion of British Dressage, covering membership, sponsorship, events, merchandise, licensing and other associated commercial activities.

- Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy to promote the sport of dressage across all of its activities, with a particular focus on driving membership and events.

Junior Video Producer @ MCC
The Role:
The Junior Video Producer is responsible for video output across the Club – in particular across all digital channels.
As well as planning, shooting/recording and editing, the JVP will also manage key external relationships to maximise the performance of Club’s output and produce original and innovative content.

- Film, edit and produce said content to be used across the Club’s digital platforms and social channels.

- Work with all departments to develop videos that clearly communicate products and services that engage consumers and convert video watchers to customers.
- Act as a point of contact to the wider organisation. Advise on appropriate use of visual activity, ensure effective collaboration between teams and provide hands-on support as required.
