TalkSport is recruiting for a Communications Assistant.
The Communications Assistant will be integral to the smooth delivery of the TalkSport team’s work across the full mix of comms functions.
This 12 month fixed contract role would suit a bright and keen candidate, with an interest in the news and the news industry, and a passion to begin a career in communications in a vibrant and busy media business.
On-the-job training will be provided, as well as mentoring.
Daily tasks will include media monitoring; tracking press and social media coverage and compiling reports; supporting the production of internal events; creating content for the intranet; creating press releases and assisting with the handling of day to day PR promotion of our brands; developing social media content for our corporate channels, desk research and creating briefings.
