Who We Open Doors For

For 15 years, BCOMS, founded by Leon Mann MBE, has helped create pathways into sports media for people who have historically been underrepresented in the industry. This includes Black and ethnically diverse talent, people from working-class backgrounds, women, and LGBTQ+ people, including trans and non-binary individuals.

Through mentoring, masterclasses, industry access and long-term professional networks, we provide the support and opportunities needed to build successful careers. Our members bring the talent and ambition, we help open the door.
