Assistant Producer @ Golfing World

IMG are seeking an Assistant Producer whom will be responsible for filming and editing feature content for Golfing World and other programme within the department.

Key Accountabilities

  • Filming own footage on various cameras including Sony FS7 and A7S
  • Editing 2-10 minute features on Adobe Premiere
  • Planning and researching stories and shoots around the world
  • Picture research using IMG’s archive, from VizOne and other sources
  • Assisting with footage and research for main show edit
  • May require working for corporate/commercial clients on funded projects
  • Occasional studio and multi-camera shoots

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent self editing skills (Premiere Pro)
  • Excellent self-shooting skills, particularly using the Sony FS7 camera
  • Previous professional TV production experience
  • Strong knowledge of global sport
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work without supervision, under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Interest in and knowledge of professional golf desirable
  • Experience filming abroad – working alone and with colleagues desirable

Working Conditions

  • This is a fixed term position is based in Stockley Park, Uxbridge
  • Working hours are 40 hours per week, shoot days generally longer/more varied timing ​
  • Will require regular foreign travel with flexible hours and occasional weekend work ​
