Assistant Producer @ IMG (Premier League Productions)

In the late nineties IMG won the rights to the overseas production of the Premier League. Back then we produced four games a weekend and two weekly magazine programmes. Twenty years on and Premier League Productions is unrecognisable. The company now produces 380 PL matches, a 24/7 content service and 7 weekly magazine shows with the Review Show remaining central to a significant portfolio of core PL programming – providing the vital action from Premier League matches, to an audience measured in billions.

Contract type: Fixed term (until May 2019)

Salary: Competitive

Location: London – Stockley Park

Reporting to a Producer, the successful candidates will be responsible for producing creative content for PLP’s core programming. Key responsibilities will include planning, researching and editing content on a weekly basis; creating features, writing scripts, directing shoots, working with graphic artists and conducting interviews with contributors.

Applicants must have experience as a Researcher or Assistant Producer in television production, as well as excellent knowledge of Premier League football. Experience of logging rushes and selecting material for edits; directing single camera shoots, sourcing and interviewing contributors is required. Experience of editing would be highly advantageous.

The deadline for applications is Friday 19th October at 11:59pm.
