Assistant Producer (Promos) @ IMG Productions


IMG are looking for an Assistant Producer to work on a 12 month fixed-term contract primarily on the promo content for the Ryder Cup and the European Tour.

The Assistant Producer will report in to the Producer and Executive Producer.

Key Accountabilities

  • To provide assistance to the producer in all aspects of promotional delivery
  • To devise and create engaging and entertaining digital content for The European Tour’s social platforms
  • To create concise, editorially relevant highlights and news packages during European Tour golf events
  • To self-shoot and edit onsite using broadcast quality equipment.
  • To liaise directly with clients and offer editorial guidance where required
  • Responsible for adhering to compliance guidelines for broadcaster/client as appropriate
  • Delivering editorially sound news pieces within strict deadlines
  • Delivering high quality promo edits to client’s brief
  • Quality of output – demonstrating creative flair and editorial judgment eg quality of shoot rushes and quality of features/sequences produced in the edit.
