Channels Assistant @ IMG


IMG are looking for a Channels Assistant who will be responsible for assisting the channels team in all areas across the IMG Studios suite of channels.

Key Accountabilities

  • Data entry of the monthly programme schedules into Provys
  • Short and long form data entry into Provys
  • Assist the Media Coordinator viewing & segmenting premier programming ensuring it is on target for delivery, reporting back any issues to the Planning Manager
  • Updating inventories and monitoring media deliveries/availabilities/rights
  • Ensure weekly media list is updated and instructions for all promos, adverts, bumpers and sponsorship are clear
  • Source and upload scripts and music cues to FTP
  • Synopsis Writing
  • Ad hoc TX duties e.g. covering Planning and Presentation Schedulers holidays/sickness, media usage reports
  • You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job

Required Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Experience of working in a role with multiple duties
  • Experience of using Provys (or equivalent) desirable
  • An understanding of broadcast channels desirable
  • Interest in sport and commercial content desirable
