The characteristics they are looking for in a successful applicant include ambition and an open mind, exceptional attention to detail and a positive, proactive outlook. Experience in a technical role in either a Broadcast or Post Production environment is preferable, but full training will be provided. You should however have a good understanding of file based workflows, industry standard file formats and codecs, and a strong working knowledge of Avid Media Composer, Interplay access and Adobe Media encoder.
