Reporting into the Technical Operations Manager, the Junior Camera Operator will be responsible for supporting PL News with their live output.

Key Accountabilities

  • Camera Operator on Premier League Productions;
  • Assist with maintenance of studio camera equipment;
  • To help maintain the relationship with our International Broadcasters and PGMOL
  • Help to provide creative solutions to technical challenges;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous operational experience as a Camera Operator;
  • Experience in a live sports or news production studio;
  • Experience with studio camera set-ups and equipment;
  • Good general knowledge of TV production process;
  • Demonstrated established relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Useful knowledge of hire companies and camera equipment suppliers desirable
  • Willing to work in other areas of studio production, with an aim of becoming multi-skilled desirable.
