Reporting into Media Manager, the Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing and monitoring all Premier League Production’s media.
Key Accountabilities
- Management, distribution and storage of all incoming Premier League Production’s media
- Liaison with all production teams, ensuring storage limitations aren’t exceeded
- Media deletions
- Assisting production teams with media management queries and being the first port of call for any media management troubleshooting required
- Project Parking, allowing production teams to return to projects at a later date
- Logging Premier League Production’s footage
- Ingesting footage from a variety of formats
- Liaising with the IMG Media Services Area (MSA) team for any additional ingesting required
- Sending footage into long-term storage (Ardome) and deleting superfluous material already on Ardome
- Collating all Premier League Production’s digitising requests and booking in digitising with MSA
- Carrying out any ad hoc digitising as required
- Managing the Premier League Production’s comps
- Ensure all Premier League Production’s media is correctly stored with valid metadata / title naming convention
- Working closely with PL.Com to help subtitle their Interviews and Promos
