Media Coordinator @ IMG Studios


 

Reporting to the ETP Media Manager, the Media Coordinator will be primarily responsible for compiling footage using editing packages.

 

Contract type: Fixed Term (12 Months)

Location: London, Stockley Park

Salary: Competitive

 

Responsibilities will also include logging digital content, researching for ETP production using NESBIT and a range of information sources; cataloguing new content into archive storage and Media managing content as appropriate; managing, distributing and storing all incoming ETP media; liaising with the production teams; ensuring storage limitations aren’t exceeded; assisting production teams with media management queries and being the first port of call for any media management troubleshooting required.

 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a library, archive or research department. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have knowledge of video and film formats, and a high level of sports knowledge (golf). Excellent communication skills and attention to detail is also essential. Experience with Library, or IPD Logging Systems is an advantage.
