Media Services Operator @ IMG Studios


 

The MSA Operator will work across IMG Studios Facility providing media ingest, transfer, management, editing and operational support using some of the most up to date and technically advanced equipment the industry has to offer.

 

Contract type: Permanent

Location: London, Stockley Park

Salary: Competitive

 

IMG Studios is a state of the art facility housing 4 HD broadcast television studios, 13 production galleries, 4 dubbing suites, 72 edit destinations, 5 radio studios, an award winning 3D Graphics & Visual Effects team, large data Centre, satellite farm, and a Master Control Room (MCR) which includes 5 transmission suites and monitors over 200 HD lines in & out of the building.

 

At the heart of it all is IMG’s Media Services Area (MSA) which boasts an exceptional team of Operators using some of the best kit in the industry to provide edit & operational support, media & management as well as Quality Control of content and support for IMG’s Encoding Department and MCR.

 

IMG are looking for someone with ambition and an open mind, exceptional attention to detail and a positive, proactive outlook.  Experience in a technical role in either a Broadcast or Post Production environment is preferable, but full training will be provided. You should however have a good understanding of file based workflows, industry standard file formats and codecs, and a strong working knowledge of Avid Media Composer, Interplay access and Adobe Media encoder.
