IMG Studios manages a suite of channels for Sport24, the first-ever live, global, premium sports channel for the airline and cruise industries; EDGESport, the premium action sports channel; and ELEVEN Sports, the UK’s latest sports channel and now the home of LaLiga and Serie A, delivering 7 bespoke 24 hour fully scheduled channels of live and non-live sporting content to customers around the world. The Presentation & Planning Assistant with be primarily responsible for assisting the presentation & planning team in all aspects of the preparation and delivery of schedules & playlists to TX across IMG Studios suite of channels.

Key responsibilities will include assisting the Planning Manager, Media Planner/s and Presentation Schedulers in the creation & data entry of the monthly schedules; collating all weekly satellite details and request incoming feeds via bookings, issuing amendments as and when required; create and distribute listings and reports as required per channel and liaising with the Channel Supervisor and Media Coordinators to ensure premier programming is on target for delivery.
Successful candidates will have previous experience within either presentation or planning function; have the ability to respond to and manage the varying demands of the different channels and is highly organised and able to communicate well. Experience of using Provys or other scheduling system would be advantageous.
