Evoke Films is a creative film production company working with global brands, agencies and broadcasters to create content for different audiences on different platforms, from digital films to television advertising, event films to sponsored TV programming. We are now looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and highly organized Production and Rights Assistant to add to our award-winning production team based in Chiswick Park.

The Production and Rights Assistant will provide administrative and general support to the Production and Rights Manager and facilitate the smooth running of the productions. Duties will include supporting the P&RM with rights clearances of archive footage, stills and audio content, as well as all administration of associated documentation and finance, including clearance forms, rights and cost trackers. Additionally, the P&RA will be a reliable and effective point of contact for both internal and external footage suppliers, as well as key client contacts.
The successful candidate will have proven organisational ability and meticulous attention to detail, as well as a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadline. The ideal candidate will have experience working with archive footage, stills and audio and associated clearances.
