Production Assistant @ Evoke Films


 

Evoke Films is a creative film production company working with global brands, agencies and broadcasters to create content for different audiences on different platforms, from digital films to television advertising, event films to sponsored TV programming. We are now looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and highly organized Production Assistant to add to our award-winning production team based in Chiswick Park.

 

Contract type: Fixed term

Location: London – Chiswick Park

Salary: Competitve

 

The Production Assistant will provide support to the production and assist the Producers and/or PMs and PCs. Duties will include: Assist with organising shoots: booking crews; organising travel, locations; and creating call sheets and filing all corresponding paperwork; assist with booking post production including editors, edit suites, digitizing; production administration, including invoicing, purchase ordering, all post-production paperwork (including archive lists, PAP’s, music cue sheets etc.)

 

The successful candidate will have proven organisational ability and meticulous attention to detail, as well as a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadline.  The candidate will be expected to have working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Excel and PowerPoint.
