IMG Studios is offering an exciting opportunity to be part of the Channels team. The Production Assistant will report to the Production Manager, and will be responsible providing production and administrative assistance to the production team.
Contract type: Fixed term (12 months)
Location: London – Stockley Park
Salary: Competitive
Key responsibilities will include provide general administrative support to the production; supporting with post-production paperwork – including music cue sheets, archive lists, scripts; raise purchase orders and process invoices and acting as a point of contact for both internal and external clients. You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job, as directed by the Production Manager.
Successful candidates will have previous experience as a Production Assistant; tracking costs and processing invoices and production administration. Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous.
