Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Assistant will provide admin support for the Premier League Core team and across the Premier League Productions team.

Key responsibilities will include providing key production assistance across Premier League Productions; managing music cue sheets on Premier League programming, including uploading scripts; processing invoices, creating purchase orders, cost tracking and completing post-production paperwork.
The Production Assistant will also be required to provide assistance in setting up multiple-camera shoots (both in the UK and abroad), including booking crew, sourcing locations and props, voiceovers, camera kit, travel, accommodation, visas, carnets and call sheets. Occasionally you will be required to go onsite to ensure the smooth production of these shoots.
Applicants must have previous administration experience (preferably in a production environment), as well as experience in a customer facing role dealing with queries. Some previous budgetary experience is desirable, as is experience of raising purchase orders, floats and call sheets.
