IMG Productions is seeking a Production Assistant to provide administrative support to the Trans World Sport production team and its digital platforms.
Contract type: Fixed Term (1 year)

The successful candidate will be responsible for organising shoots for self-shooting Assistant Producers, including booking travel / accommodation as well as preparing call sheets. Processing post-production paperwork such as music cue sheets, archive lists/scripts, raising purchase orders and processing invoices will also be required.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role within a production environment. Knowledge of post-production processes is essential. Some knowledge of archive / stills / music clearance is desirable. Knowledge of worldwide geography and an interest in sports will be an advantage.
Trans World Sport is the world’s longest running international weekly sports show. Every year the programme travels the globe in search of the most interesting stories from the wide world of sport.
