Production Co-ordinator @ IMG (Golfing World)


 

IMG is the largest independent sports production company in the world.  IMG’s production, Golfing World, is a TV magazine show covering the game of golf in all its forms – from interviews with leading professionals to instructional content for young amateurs. A mixture of profiles, highlights, destination reports on leading golf courses around the world and archive of the greatest moments in the history of the game, it’s broadcast in multiple territories around the world, shown on airline inflight entertainment systems and also distributed widely online.

 

Contract type: Fixed term (12 months)

Location: London, Stockley Park

Salary: Competitive

 

IMG are now looking for a diligent, highly organized and capable Production Coordinator to join our friendly and hardworking production team. The Production Coordinator, assisted by a Production Assistant, will organise shoots, book freelancers, prepare call sheets & Risk Assessments and provide general support to the production team. Other duties will include ensuring all travel arrangements for crew and contributors have been booked and arranged; Looking after the post-production schedule, booking freelancers and filing all paperwork; clearing archive material and music as required; managing small shoot/edit/archive budgets where appropriate including reconciliations.

 

Applicants must have experience of setting up single camera shoots and producing call sheets; raising purchase orders and payment forms for invoices/expenses. Experience of completing post-production paperwork for UK broadcasters and clearing archive/music material is desirable. Knowledge of SAP and experience of arranging foreign shoots is essential.
