IMG are looking for a Production Coordinator to join a brand new team which is being set up to produce a new football production. The successful candidate will report to the Production Manager and will provide key production co-ordination and assistance to the Production Manager and Producer of the football related production.

 

Contract type: Fixed term (July 2018 – May 2019)

Location: London – Stockley Park

Salary: Competitive

 

This is a great opportunity to be involved at the inception of a new team and the beginning of a new production. Key responsibilities will include booking voiceovers, editors and all post production facilities; ensuring Risk Assessments are properly created by the relevant Producer; creating Call sheets and being point of contact for crew out of office hours and booking talent and arranging travel arrangements.

 

The ideal candidate will have a previous experience as established Production Assistant; experience of complex staff scheduling; experience of cost tracking and producing small production budgets and experience of raising electronic purchase orders, floats, producing call sheets and Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and SAP knowledge.
