UFC are looking for a Production Coordinator who will assist the Production Manager across the UFC Live and Recorded programming as well as other projects.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assisting the Production Manager/HoP as required in all areas of production;
  • Working with the PM and Producer to ensure the Recorded programmes are delivered on budget;
  • Organising shoots, booking freelancers, preparing call sheets, and supporting the appropriate member of the production team in preparing the Risk Assessment;
  • Looking after the studio schedule including rig and de-rig of set;
  • Looking after the post production schedule, booking facilities as required;
  • Looking after all travel arrangements for crews and contributors;
  • Managing floats and float reconciliations;
  • Managing Recorded show budgets where appropriate, including inputting financial data into cost report;
  • Ensuring post production paperwork is completed and filed appropriately;
  • Clearing of any archive material and music as required;
  • ​You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.
