Production Coordinator @ IMG Studios


 

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Production Manager to manage the daily News production. This is a “sleeves up” role for someone who enjoys getting fully involved in a role and working as part of a busy team.

 

Contract type: Fixed Term (until May 2019)

Location: London, Stockley Park

Salary: Competitive

 

Responsibilities will include; setting up camera shoots; booking News reporters, camera crew, equipment, feeds, travel, accommodation, (visas, carnets – if necessary); preparing call sheets and risk assessments; managing small shoot, edit, archive budgets where appropriate, and input relevant financial data into cost report and assisting with post production schedule.

 

The successful candidate will have previous experience of booking camera operators and camera equipment, post facilities and of completing post production paperwork for UK broadcasters; experience of raising electronic purchase orders and cost tracking. Experience of organising shoots outside of UK including carnets would be advantageous.
