BBC are looking for a Production Management Assistant who will fully support the production management team in all aspects of the production including complex travel arrangements and logistics, diary and office management, produce minutes of meetings and production paperwork. The Production Management Assistant will be expected to work weekends.

If successful through the first phase, interviews will be held on 18th and 19th April.

Ideally, The post holder must be able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks and conflicting demands to meet deadlines in what is often a pressurised environment. The role requires a can do proactive approach to being a key member of a busy team.

It would be beneficial for the post holder to have a working knowledge or understanding of the requirements of a large multi-platform production.
