European Tour Productions (in association with IMG) are looking for a highly motivated and self-starter to join the team as Production Manager and work across our international Live Golf Events.

Reporting into the Head of Production, the Production Manager will manage multiple Outside Broadcasts simultaneously, including booking crew, managing logistics, and the hire of freelance staff, defining promoter requirements, managing key stakeholders and liaising with our clients.

Key Accountabilities

  • Managing all arrangements around international Golf productions on the Tour
  • Budget preparation, finance reporting and reconciliation of each production 
  • Coordinating with suppliers on crew and equipment arrangements
  • Managing all travel and logistics associated with the event
  • Hiring of freelance staff and contractors, negotiating deals
  • Preparing call sheets and overseeing the production of risk assessments
  • Ensure best Health & Safety practices are carried out on site 
  • You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.
