An exciting Production Management opportunity has arisen within European Tour Productions. IMG are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to work as the team across our international Live Golf Events, producing and distributing coverage of the European Tour, The Ryder Cup and The Open.
As a member of the Production Management team you will be required to manage multiple Outside Broadcasts simultaneously. Your role will include booking crew, managing logistics, and the hire of freelance staff, defining promotor requirements, managing key stakeholders and liaising with our clients.
Contract type: Fixed term – 18 months

Reporting to the Head of Production, the successful candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills as well as the ability to work with a large production team who are often on site at events. You will have previous experience in a similar role with the ability to create detailed production budgets and forecasts. The role requires the supervision of production coordinators with their preparation of call sheets and travel planning. The ideal candidate will understand the OB production process which includes knowledge of satellite delivery, Health & Safety, Risk Assessments, production insurance and location filming logistics.
Additional responsibilities will also include regularly updating the Head of Production and Production Finance with status reports and projected spend.
