IMG Studios is offering an exciting opportunity to be part of the Channels team. The Channels Team Assistant will report to the Senior Planning Scheduler, and will be responsible for assisting the channels team in all aspects of the preparation and delivery of media, schedules and playlists to TX.
Contract type: Fixed term (12 months)

Key responsibilities will include managing Channels production budget and schedules in conjunction with HoP and Channel Head; managing post production workflows alongside the Producers; line management & on-the-job training of Production Admin staff; managing edits and bookings; preparing budgets for ad hoc programming in development and managing deals with talent including continuity and commentators. You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.
Successful candidates will have previous production management –channel management operations would be advantageous; experience of managing a junior member of production team; experience in manage a production budget and cost reporting, cost tracking and forecasting. Knowledge of post-production, archive and music clearance, insurance and health & safety is also required. Experience of dealing with UK broadcasters, understanding of UK TV industry would also be advantageous.
