Professional Clubs Equality Officer @ Kick It Out


Kick It Out are looking for a PCE Officer to join their team, The PCE’s officer main role would be to support professional football clubs with the development of their equality work.

 

They will also hep to direct professional clubs’ in their efforts in working towards the Premier League’s Equality Standard and the English Football League’s (EFL) Code of Practice.  In addition to this they will also seek to continually develop and update guidance, advice, training and educational materials associated with both the Equality Standard and the Code of Practice to support a club’s understanding and progress with its equality work.

Another important part of the role is to assist professional clubs to address issues of discrimination and exclusion within football; both internally as employers and externally as service providers and community partners.

This role allows the PCE officer to work from home or at Kick It Out’s Central London HQ.
