Resourcing and Talent Administrator @ BBC Sport


 

BBC Sport are looking one Resourcing and Talent administrator to work Part-Time (2.5 days a week) who will start in July and one Resourcing and Talent administrator to start ASAP and to work full-time up until the end of November 2018.

Contract Type: 1 x 12 month FTC/Attachment (part time – 2.5 days a week) starting in July 2018 and 1 x FTC/Attachment to the end of November 2018 (full time)

Role Responsibility

The role’s main purpose is to continue to support the streamlined recruitment and HR process across the department.  You will provide administrative support to the Talent Team, as well as providing a key link with the editors and production managers in ensuring new joiners, movers and leavers are appropriately set up and activated or deactivated on the BBC’s systems.

The Ideal Candidate

With an existing knowledge of BBC systems, or previous administrative experience within the Television or Talent/Resourcing/HR industries, you will have a willingness to learn and have the flexibility to work across a large busy department that produces a mix of output for all genres.  You will have excellent administrative skills and be used to working with confidential or sensitive information with an excellent attention to detail.  An understanding of BBC Sport and programme making is desirable. Part of the roles is also to take minutes, book travel and accommodation and also diary management so experience of this is essential.
