Senior Producer @ IMG Productions (EFL Content)

The Senior Producer will be responsible for conceiving and manage all live and highlights output delivering remote production across all EFL’s divisions and competitions. You will also be responsible for creating and forming a strong relationship with the EFL and other stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

• Ultimate responsibility for delivery of EFL live game streams and edits on time and on budget to agreed specification.
• To assist in the definition of the editorial content and direction of the live streams and edits with regular liaison with the Client and with the producer of the Quest highlights show
• Recruitment of freelance members of production team where necessary.
• To manage the production schedule and budget alongside the Production Manager.
• Line management and on-the job training for production team members including Assistant Producers and Live Stream Operators
• Overseeing all pre-production of the live games, including creating running orders, graphics, commentary etc.
• Responsible for adhering to compliance guidelines for broadcaster/client as appropriate
• Responsible for all matters of Health & Safety for the production, and supervising all shoot Risk Assessments.
• Management and co-ordination of Talent (commentators/reporters)
• Able to manage and embrace new technology workflows– e.g.  Simply Live
• Comfortable working to extremely tight deadlines.
• Experienced script writer and extensive knowledge of Football League.    
• May also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job
