BBC Sport are looking for a Planning Journalist to contribute to their Sports News planning team. The successful candidate will be required to support correspondents and producers in Sportsgathering, as well as their TV, radio and online outlets, in the planning and delivery of original content. You will also have to plan the logistics around sports events.You will be passionate about a range of sports, know what makes a good story and relish the challenge of producing creative and ambitious content within budget. Additionally, you’ll have a good understanding of editorial and production requirements.
