We are looking for a collaborative and enthusiastic recruiter to join our HR & Recruitment team at Stockley Park. This person will work closely with the Talent Recruiter to manage a high volume of vacancies end to end and support with recruitment administration. The successful candidate will work alongside all of IMG Productions and Studios, including Premier League Productions, European Tour Productions and Evoke Films to name a few.

Day to day responsibilities in this role will include: acting as a point of contact for hiring managers; organising briefing meetings to discuss and understand the hiring process, creating CV shortlists, advertising new vacancies, managing candidates expectations, preparing interview questions, conducting interviews and supporting the managers, providing candidate feedback and being involved in the offer stage.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within a 360-recruitment role; have experience in candidate sourcing solutions and knowledge of general principles of recruiting. We are looking for a team player with high standards of customer service and a commitment to delivering good quality work. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach is essential for this role.
Whilst in-house recruitment experience would be advantageous, we will consider applications from candidates looking for their first in-house recruitment role and will be able to provide training and support!
