Technical Services Co-ordinator @ IMG Studios

IMG Studios are looking for a Technical Service Co-ordinator to assist at their world-class studios at Stockley Park.

IMG Studios is a state of the art facility housing 4 HD broadcast television studios, 13 production galleries, 4 dubbing suites, 72 edit destinations, 5 radio studios, an award winning 3D Graphics & Visual Effects team, large data centre, satellite farm and a Master Control Room (MCR), which includes 5 transmission suites and monitors over 200 HD lines in & out of the building.

This co-ordinator would sit in the Technical Services team, working on a range of sports properties, for both internal productions and external clients. The role requires liaising with sports federations, broadcasters, sales and production teams, as well as satellite and fibre providers, to arrange the acquisition and distribution of programming and live events. The success of the role will rest on the building and maintaining of these relationships, the accurate use of the in-house scheduling system and the providing of support during on-air transmissions. The role will also require the creation, management and reconciling of budgets, as well as the issuing and processing of invoices.
